The Wilmington office provides Full Time and Part Time Caregivers for Wilmington, Hampstead, Castle Hayne, Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Southport, St James, Bolivia, Leland, Winnabow, Wrightsville Beach, Ogden, Boiling Springs Lake, Supply, Monkey Junction, Shallotte, Porters Neck, and surrounding areas. We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals for job opportunities with our local team. Our Caregiver jobs aren't for everyone; only for those who are truly committed to providing compassionate care to the elderly and those who require a little extra support. Caregiver Responsibilities

  • Assist clients take medication reminders
  • Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
  • Assist clients with personal care routines
  • Help clients with simple exercises
  • Plan and prepare meals
  • Perform light housekeeping
  • Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiver Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid
  • Passion to serve others - a true caregiver
  • Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
  • Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
  • Respectful and compassionate personality
  • Good time - management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethics
  • Physical endurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver License
